PRODUCT MANAGER – EVENTLINK

Lafayette, IN

Eventlink® is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product specifications are met.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting our sales, customer success, and marketing teams, conduct user research to enhance our offerings, and more. If you’re passionate about delivering user-centric solutions and have experience with SaaS products, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our product roadmap
  • Work with the Product Owner and UI/UX design to develop product specifications
  • Validate technical implementations meet product specification
  • Assist sales, customer success, and marketing with questions about existing and future features
  • Write release notes to highlight changes
  • Compile, prioritize, and summarize feature requests
  • Conduct user research to evaluate existing and future solutions

Qualifications

  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical members of the team
  • Experience working with Software-as-a-service (SaaS) products
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge to solve customer challenges
  • Approach problems from a user-centric point of view

Pluses

  • Experience with athletics, especially at a high school level
