Customer Success Team Member – Eventlink
Eventlink is the fastest growing athletic scheduling software in the Midwest. With an ever-growing customer base, we need new talent to join our Customer Success Team. If you’re patient, eager to learn, and want to be part of something special, this is a place you’ll thrive.
There’s a lot of customer contact in this position, via email, phone, and web chat — and processing accounts receivable and invoices. You’ll also onboard new customers through webinars and in person. Having general knowledge of sports will help you tremendously, and you can expect some trade show travel.
Eventlink is a constantly updating software, so we need someone with a natural curiosity to learn new features, and the ability to explain them to bring customers up to speed. We take a proactive approach to customer service — you’ll find yourself reaching out to our customers to grow Eventlink usage and maximize the effectiveness of Eventlink in their communities.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Basic computer and problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of sports
- Self-motivated/quick learner
- Patience and empathy when working with customers
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Willingness to continually learn new features and software
